We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive high-value Distributor and FMCG acquisitions onto RedCloud’s Open Commerce platform in Brazil. You will be responsible for the entire sales funnel, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and ensuring successful activation. Your focus will be on maximizing repeat trade, prioritising long-term retention and revenue growth over transactional sales.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Impact Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas by securing high-value Distributor and FMCG partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring successful client activation.
- Drive repeat business and prioritise client retention and sustainable revenue growth.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Sales on progress and quota fulfilment.
Execution & Pipeline Management
- Employ a strategic blend of field sales, remote outreach, and digital selling techniques.
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, ensuring pipelines are consistently updated, conversion rates are tracked, and deals are actively progressed.
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimize lead-to-close conversion, maintain sales velocity, and maximize revenue per account.
- Proactively identify and remove any blockers within the sales pipeline to ensure efficient deal closure.
Direct Engagement with Distributors & FMCGs
- Relentlessly pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach to key decision-makers.
- Activate and close Sales Qualified Leads generated by marketing.
- Strategically expand existing accounts beyond initial activation to drive long-term monetization.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of proven experience in a quota-driven sales role within the FMCG, Distributor, Marketplace, or SaaS/Commerce platform segments.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quotas in highly competitive markets.
- A fearless closer, comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-pressure negotiations.
- Data-driven in your approach, utilizing dashboards and analytics rather than relying on gut instinct.
- Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Fluent in English.
