The role:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our B2B marketplace product. You will leverage your extensive design experience to deliver intuitive and compelling user experiences that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
• Set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.
• Build and test elegant solutions to complex workflows. Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for our B2B marketplace.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, visual design, or product design roles, particularly in tech and consumer-focused companies.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX and UI design, including detailed interaction and information design. (Must include a link to your online portfolio or attach a PDF of your work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.)
• Experience in mobile design and proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Figjam, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts.
• Comfort with customer journey mapping, user research/testing, information architecture, competitor analysis, product wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI design.
• Experience designing with brand and style guidelines and prototyping to a high resolution.
• Understanding of relevant technologies (HTML, CSS) is preferred.

Additional Skills:

• Illustration or motion design skills are a significant plus.
• Experience working on projects in Latin America or fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is highly desirable.
