Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of key areas within our B2B commerce platform. This role is essential to ensuring our platform meets customer needs, remains competitive, and drives business growth. You’ll own the product roadmap for logistics, payments, supply chain operations, and shipping functionalities, aligning it with company goals and delivering innovative, user-focused solutions.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the successful development and launch of impactful features. A significant part of your role will involve conducting user research and engaging with stakeholders to uncover insights that address customer challenges and inform product decisions. Leveraging data and analytics, you will measure product performance, guide enhancements, and drive meaningful outcomes.

Staying ahead of industry trends and conducting competitive analysis will be key as you work to maintain a cutting-edge platform. You’ll also lead agile development cycles, ensuring teams are aligned, priorities are clear, and progress is efficiently managed. Communication is central to this role, as you’ll articulate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership. Additionally, you will focus on identifying and implementing features that optimize user engagement, enhance platform performance, and drive conversions.

What We’d Like to See

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in product management and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions. Ideally, you have 5–7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in B2B e-commerce or related fields such as logistics, supply chain, payments, or shipping. A deep understanding of the B2B commerce ecosystem, including logistics, ads, delivery, and payment solutions, is highly valued.

Leadership experience is essential, as is the ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder relationships. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset will be key to interpreting metrics and making informed product decisions. Exceptional communication skills are also important, enabling you to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, APIs, integrations, and agile development methodologies is highly beneficial, though we welcome candidates with diverse skill sets and a drive to learn.
