The role:
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, we are seeking a highly organized and bilingual French-speaking Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing the expanding operations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth communication with our French-speaking partners and enhancing the efficiency of our executive office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and daily tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Handle correspondence and communication in both French and English.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other executive documents.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking for in a Candidate:
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
